HOLIDAY & SPECIAL OCCASION ORDER DEADLINES

Please be advised that due to Covid and unprecedented circumstances, the postal system is slower. Furthermore, due to social distancing and Covid-Safe procedures we are unable to guarantee Mother's Day Delivery. If you would like to pick your order up at our pick up location, this will by-pass shipping. However, turnaround time still applies and we still need time to package your orders. CHRISTMAS 2020:Please note that I will be taking Dec 24th to Jan 2nd for the holidays to be with my family. Dec 24 to Jan 2 will not count as business days.
Basically, because Canada Post is no longer guaranteeing delivery standards, the only way to be able to get orders to you at this point is to hand deliver it at your door Covid Style or Pick up. Canada Post released a statement to say that delivery standards are suspended, HERE
. Currently I am only taking orders for BC residents.
Availability for pick up and delivery will fluctuate. Therefore, if it is not visible at check out as an option, it means that it is NOT available at the moment and you can try again later. All orders will be processed in the order that they are received. No one will be jumped or skipped to accommodate delivery or pick up. Each and every order will be fairly processed.
The delivery/pick-up CANNOT BE retroactively applied - it must be selected at check out and will have a small fee. This cannot be retroactively applied as there will be no way to organize delivery routes for orders that have already been placed with shipping. If you select shipping, it will be shipped. If you want to order with away and select shipping, it will ship in sequence.
I do not have a cut off date for this as availability for pick up and delivery will fluctuate with the flow of orders. (I will turn it on and off as needed to be able to pace myself and balance having 5 kids).
Pick Up and Delivery options will be limited and will fluctuate as I work on each order.
ORDERS FOR PICK UP:
Limited Pick up will be available in Mission on the following dates:
December 19: 12-5 PM (Saturday)
December 20: 12-5 PM (Sunday)
Rhiannon has graciously offered to organize all pick ups for Christmas orders. There WILL be a fee for this to cover for her time and for me to transport your necklaces to her, an hour away. You will be charged this fee at check out. Rhiannon also be putting each individual package out one at a time for pick up! PLEASE note that this is done on an honour system. If you do not pick up, you will have to either arrange to cover the difference for shipping, and also for me to go out of my way to retrieve your package an hour away so I can bring it back with me to ship. (Please don’t do this to me!)
ORDERS FOR DELIVERY:
Limited Door Delivery options will be available. Myself, Ashley, Amy and Savannah will be delivering! We will determine the date that closer to when the order is done. There will be a delivery fee, and this covers for us to drive these packages out to your door. If your address is within 2 km of any of the following locations: Langley Events Centre, Walnut Grove Community Centre or George Preston Recreation Centre, you will be able to select door delivery. PLEASE note, There will be a fee for this. (This is your heads up in case you want to use a friends’ address for something delivered to this radius!)
ORDERS THAT NEED TO BE SHIPPED:
Christmas orders need to be in by November 15, 2020 in order to be shipped by Canada Post’s mail-by dates. All orders placed by November 15th will be shipped a couple of weeks before of their cut off as Canada Post is not guaranteeing standards anymore. I will make sure packages will go out in time for the Mail-By-Dates set by the post office.
*For international orders OUTSIDE of Canada and USA, Christmas deadlines are not able to be set due to Covid-19.
